Our team is building Alexa for Japan to be an instantly available assistant, advisor, and companion that is natural and fun for anyone, anywhere. In this role you will help launch new and exciting Alexa products for Japanese consumers and partner with team members to continuously improve the quality of the Alexa experience. With your creative, analytical and results-oriented approach, your work will directly impact how Japanese customers use our product every day.
You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team of Program Managers and Product Managers (who are also fun and awesome to work with) in Alexa to make history producing one of the most challenging products in Amazon!

・複数のプロジェクトに携わり、高い組織力、分析力、コミュニケーション能力によってステークホルダーを感化する。創造力と革新力をもって既存エクスペリエンスを拡張し、新規アイディアを開発します。協働性と楽しさを持ち合わせたチームの中で、このシニアプロダクトマネージャーは、プロジェクトを管理し、チームと連携しながら、フィーチャーバックログを整理して課題の解決を推進します。

You will lead the strategy for the products you own and execute to deliver it! By deeply understanding your customers needs anticipating how customers will be delighted by your products in the future, you will create new features and products customers loves.
You will work on multiple projects and your strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills will enable you to influence stakeholders. The job requires creativity and innovation to enhance the experience and develop new ideas. As a PM, you will need manage projects and cooperate with a fun and collaborative team to deep-dive defects and maintain the feature backlogs and drive improvements in end-user's CX.

In this role you'll partner with product and program managers to understand our customer's needs and challenges and then work on projects to improve how customer and Alexa interact. Your work on these projects will improve how Alexa understands customers and how Alexa responds.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
