The Product and Sales Specialist organization are the voice of the customer and the field back to the Ads Product orgs, as well as the business owners for delivering on customer outcomes through the adoption of product solutions. This is a globally focused team that is responsible for owning interactions with each Product org, producing a stack-ranked set of Global Sales priorities, and influencing requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs. They also develop and implement global GTM strategies and sales plays, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.g. betas, launches) in order to drive adoption and advertiser maturity.



Key job responsibilities
• Build and define Amazon Ads Measurement GTM Strategy across all products including Sponsored Ads, Video and Devices.
• Lead a global team of Measurement GTM specialists, covering North America, Europe and APAC.
• Articulate voice of the customer and Sales to the global Ads Product organization, to define product development priorities that help to set global direction for Ad Sales go-to-market.
• Collaborate regularly with Product, Sales, and Specialist teams in order to influence roadmap decisions. Codify final roadmaps via adjusted WW playbooks that enable regional and local scaled delivery.
• Partner with Product Marketing and training teams on building Sales positioning and Marketing narratives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience building and leading large teams and have worked in matrixed operating structures
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- Experience managing and developing high performance teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience launching a net new digital product or service - A proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex programs to meet business objectives and a demonstrated ability to translate strategic initiatives into detailed operation plans.
- Understanding of technical integration of ideas, and the ability to build relationships with sales stakeholders, marketing managers, dev managers, SDEs and designers
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously while defining and delivering priorities amidst ambiguity
