Do you have experience working with ISVs, Channel Partners, Customers or Distributors? Have you worked with global teams in setting goals, developing strategies, and executing scalable mechanisms? We are looking for partner and business savvy candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit to establish AWS Marketplace as a key platform for software procurement and distribution. We are a start-up within AWS so we will wear many hats, work fast and smart, and adapt and iterate quickly. You should be self-motivated, customer-centric, and very delivery-focused with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and long-term about the needs of our stakeholders, how to influence internal teams globally, and how AWS Marketplace can help them get there faster. Key job responsibilities
• Drive engagement and build models to enhance partner experience with MP, regardless of GEO or TCOE ownership. The role:
• Provide insights, guidance, and recommendations for both new and the refinement of existing initiatives and programs.
• Prioritize new features and owns the interconnect into Product/Engineering.
• Lead the MP BD community in GEOs & PubSec to drive innovation and scale into GTM activities and overall MP growth.

A day in the life
You will be the WW leader for MP Seller responsible for developing best practices, and new GTM models for Sellers (ISVs and Channel Partners). The focus is to drive engagement and build models to enhance partner experience with MP, regardless of GEO or TCOE ownership. You will be the leader of the MP BD community in GEOs & PubSec to drive innovation and scale into GTM activities and overall MP growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
