Advertiser Support Associate , CS Sponsored Ads
DESCRIPTION
The Advertiser Support Operations team is seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll act as the primary interface between Amazon and our Advertisers, providing exceptional support and timely solutions. You'll provide support on Advertiser contacts and resolve queries related to Ads performance, Ads rejection, payment failures and address system issues. The ideal candidate is analytical, committed to meeting KPIs, and able to contribute to a positive team environment while ensuring advertiser satisfaction.
Key job responsibilities
The Advertising Support Associate:
1. Empowers self-service Advertisers with timely and accurate assistance across chat, email, and phone channels.
2. Reviews and evaluates Advertiser product/content (text, image, video) for policy compliance.
3. Support Advertisers by providing feedback on rejected Ads based on policies/guidelines on Ads contents which might include negative, political, sexual images, text/product description, audio and videos.
4. Uses strong interpersonal skills to maintain professional, positive interactions with Advertisers, effectively managing difficult issues.
5. Demonstrates excellent time-management and judgment while utilizing departmental resources, tools, and procedures.
6. Proactively reports operational challenges and escalates issues to appropriate contacts.
7. Stays current with platform policies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
8. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve ad review processes and policies.
9. Consistently meets productivity, precision, and other operational metrics.
10. Identifies and reports trends in policy violations or emerging issues.
11. Contributes to a positive work environment, aiding teammates with difficult contacts as needed.
12. Be part of a high-impact, strategically important team and your work will directly support Amazon's fast-growing advertising business, which is crucial to the company's long-term success.
13. Play a key role in shaping the advertising experience for millions of Amazon customers and advertisers.
14. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong logical aptitude, communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in written and verbal English with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
15. Provides proactive recommendations to improve the advertiser business/goals basis the campaign performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business or commerce) or equivalent experience
- 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Business Proficiency in English.
- 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions through critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and time management skills and a high degree of flexibility.
- 5. Proficiency in using content management systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- 6. Ability to handle sensitive content and maintain confidentiality
- 7. Demonstrate active listening and analytical skills.
- 8. Ability to multi-task and handle concurrent contacts across channels (e.g., dual chats or chat with email).
- 9. Quick learner, actively seeking to expand knowledge and develop expertise
- 10. Global perspective and understanding of business concepts and objectives
- 11. Ability to work a flexible schedule environment, including weekends and holidays.
- 12. Home work area free from background noise, stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 40 mbps or better, access to mobile phone at all times from a reliable provider
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1. 2+ years of experience in live medium (especially phones) from Digital Marketing, Advertising Sales, Consultation, Contact Centre, or ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) industry
- 2. 1-2 years of experience in content moderation, digital marketing, advertising sales, consultation, contact center, or ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) industry.
- 3. Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, X Ads) requiring consistent application of policies and guidelines
- 4. Familiarity with advertising policies and guidelines of major social media platforms
- 5. Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results
- 6. Excellent data management skills with high attention to detail and analytical aptitude.
- 7. Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- 8. Multilingual capabilities are a plus
