The ASIN Journey team at Amazon Brazil is looking for highly motivated, talented and data driven Program Manager to support our Selling Partners and internal teams to navigate the steps to ensure the SKUs (ASINs) are buyable for end customers.
Everyday Selling Partners are adding new products to Amazon's catalog and systems and interfaces, and we target mechanisms to ensure the ASINs availability in a fast and seamless manner.
Key job responsibilities
The core responsibilities for this position is to manage the 'catalog creation to buyable success program' which includes:
1) monitor the multiple flywheel success metrics (improvements, period over period improvements, bottlenecks, new events) and support;
2) creating and leading internal programs to release ASIN blockers;
3) map and deliver short term actions that supports a seamless flywheel journey and prevent defects;
4) define training content to support catalog creation to buyable;
5) report results and evolution to leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
