DESCRIPTION
The Catalog Journey Services team at Amazon is looking for highly motivated and talented candidate to support our catalog team. The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, be proficient in Excel, demonstrate written communication skills, attention to details, commitment to excellence, and great capacity to self management. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate collaboration and professional skills. The Catalog Creation Specialist must have a passion for data, efficiency, and accuracy.
Key job responsibilities
• Upload catalog information from our key partners
• Contact vendors and maintain trustful relationship
• Work closely with the team to understand issues and needs from partners and drive solution
• Assure the quality of information provided by key partners
• Be critical and analytical with the information received looking for the best customer experience
• Be curious to solve complex problems
• Work with a big volume of data
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Excel
- Advanced English proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
