HR Ops Admin, AMZL - HR
DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
• Co-ordination with Recruitment and WFS Team for maintaining accurate headcount
• Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity
• Grievance Handling, Statutory Compliances and utilizing ACL mechanisms to proactively sense ER issues
• HRIS hygiene check and other HR reports including payroll
• Ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances as applicable
• Processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.
• Driving engagement activities including but not limited to Birthday celebration, CSR activities , weekly engagement fun activities, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in confidential environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
