XCM is seeking a ready-to-dive-in and dynamic individual to help roll-out, manage and scale the Global Studio, a cutting-edge initiative designed to revolutionize how we deliver creative solutions at scale across our organization.
The Sr. Creative Marketing & Ops Lead will be the first hire on the team and will serve as the central hub, coordinating cross-functional workflows, managing agency partner collaboration, and implementing process improvements to maximize studio efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the XCM Global Studio, driving the successful delivery of social and digital creative assets for XCM and other Amazon marketing teams. In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our new creative powerhouse, and the conduit between XCM, partner agency and other marketing orgs across Amazon. Key job responsibilities
• Key Collaborator: Manage the intake, briefing, and project management processes for all creative requests. Serve as the primary point of contact between internal XCM stakeholders, the FTE creative team, and the agency partners. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align on creative requirements, timelines, and quality standards
• Process Pioneer: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and training materials for studio workflows. Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Performance Monitor: Monitor project status, communicate progress/challenges to stakeholders and resolve roadblocks. Provide regular reporting on studio metrics and KPIs to leadership
• Support the implementation of new technologies (e.g. project management tools, DAM systems) to digitize and automate studio operations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
