Transportation Quality Analyst, Pickups and Returns

PARP is an international team, focused on ensuring best in class Pick-Up-Point delivery quality.
The role of Transportation Quality Analyst will be to ensure existing processes are streamlined simplified wherever possible, developing mechanisms to proactively identify issues that could lead to adverse experiences, and driving technical. This role will identify and validate design risks, create reliability and recovery plans. This role will also support escalations in process management, work with cross-functional teams and other engineers on fixing issues discovered in the field.
Key job responsibilities
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize work, manage multiple quality focus initiatives, and meet deadlines. * Results-oriented with a bias for action, taking responsibility and ownership. * Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with senior managers. * Strong analytical to identify patterns, and partner with operations leaders to recommend actions that drive operational improvements Worldwide. * Serve as the subject matter expert for PARP Quality monitoring criteria in international expansion countries. * Collaborate with Data Analysts to provide insights, support data requests, and create/maintain PARP operations dashboards. * Contribute to business reviews through data storytelling and proficient written communication. *Attend Weekly Business Reviews to provide quality insights *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tech/product/operational initiatives on the field.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors Degree
• Must have at least 2 years on a quality/transportation space
• Demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
• Experience with creating and implementing new metrics
• Experience with process improvement
• Advance (C1+) written and oral communication skills required in both English and Spanish
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to establish credibility and work with business and operational owners.
• Strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative climate.
