Are you an advertising sales head with a terrific reputation for developing and motivating the best talent? Do you consider yourself a coach and a mentor in your current organization? Do you have a track record of success at driving top sales results and building partnerships? The Amazon Advertising Team is hiring!

We are looking for an experienced data-led thinker who will be excited to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs for our Growth Sales Team. We need a head who can work and thrive in a fast pace environment and utilize their great communication skills to manage a large team.

If you have a proven reputation for managing and scaling high performance sales teams and have a talent for responding effectively to market direction, consumer need and competitive positions this might be the job for you!

Key job responsibilities
- Attract, hire and retain top sales talent
- Manage and develop a team of approx. 20 Account Executives and Managers
- Create and implement sales programs and best practices to increase the performance of your team
- Enable your team to exceed sales goals and accelerate revenue growth at scale
- Ensure that our advertisers and their agencies receive the highest level of support

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Significant people management experience
- Proven experience managing managers
- Significant experience in ad sales or e-commerce
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to consistently hit revenue goals
- Proven track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
- Proven Data-led abilities
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clear attention to detail, and bar raising follow-through skills

- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders from various teams and based in different countries
- Humble and able to lead by example and to create a positive work environment
- Ability to simplify complex situations to identify key strategic priorities for the team
