We are looking for a Pricing Analyst who would support pricing strategy by conducting Wage Assumption (Competitor Benchmarking Interviews) and automating data collection through web scraping using Python. Key responsibilities include analyzing and standardizing rate cards, evaluating rate card performance, and conducting incentive analysis to drive effective pricing decisions. The role also involves "Keeping the Lights On" (KTLO) tasks such as managing a rate card repository, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining an organized pricing database for streamlined access. The analyst will collaborate across teams to enhance pricing processes, contribute to data-driven insights, and support competitive positioning. The ideal candidate would be high on attention to detail, bias for action and has an interest in analysis/automation and is able to interface with diverse set of stakeholders.









Key job responsibilities
1. Conduct WA (Competitor Benchmarking Interviews) and automate web scraping using Python.
2. Analyze and standardize rate cards for consistency and effectiveness.
3. Evaluate rate card performance to support strategic pricing decisions.
4. Conduct incentive analysis to improve pricing models.
5. Perform KTLO tasks, including managing the rate card repository and maintaining data accuracy.
6. Continually improve ongoing processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of analyst, associate program manager, or similar roles experience
- Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
