Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a talented, self-directed Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Stockholm or Amsterdam. In this role, you will be an integral part of both the North (Nordics, Benelux, Baltics) as well as the EMEA Digital Marketing Team, leveraging your digital expertise to drive local customer awareness, acquisition and growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast growing business.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for measuring performance across our portfolio of digital marketing programs, championing regional best practices to identify and implement innovative new ways to improve the customer experience.

As an executional marketer that is both creative and analytical, you stay connected to the details, challenging assumptions and continually testing based on data-driven insights. In this role, you will employ a heavy bias towards automation, striving for scalable efficiency, whilst ensuring customer experience is of the highest quality.

The role requires you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement the optimal customer engagement strategy.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Use marketing automation tools to drive acquisition and demand generation campaigns.
- Full overview of Global campaigns and alignment with the EMEA team in how to optimize and how we can influence as well as owning the local integrations with Global Campaigns

- Execute email nurture campaigns aligned to key commercial segments for the North business.

- Identify and share best practices for audience targeting and database hygiene, email/digital marketing strategy, events, tracking instrumentation, and digital channel measurement.

- Partner with global and EMEA AWS marketing teams to ensure campaign setup and execution process consistency with global practices, and to influence development and optimization of global practices based on North priorities.

- Develop and analyze digital channel performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy.

- Oversee the creation and optimization of email, landing page, and marketing activity program templates in Marketo, GoToWebinar, Intrado, Uberflip, SplashThat, Adobe CQ and other martech tools.

- Deliver clear, consistent, and frequent communication with Campaign Managers and Field Marketing stakeholders to ensure clarity on strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for digital channels

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in a high-tech demand generation/digital role.
- Experience creating and executing integrated lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live and/or virtual events, webinars, email, organic social, paid media, lead nurture programs, and /sales insights.
- Experience building and formatting web pages and email templates. Basic HTML/CSS skills for both email and web.
- Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.com.
- Fluency in English. Oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of B2B marketing, the Technology industry and Cloud service providers
- Experience operating and collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional, matrix global organization
- Local market knowledge and experience
- Fluency in the local language
