Over 2 million Sellers in 10 countries list their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products providing a broad and diverse inventory of products from Books, Electronics and Apparel to Consumables and beyond. In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will enable Sellers to list, make their selection available to customers globally while optimizing their inventory placement across multiple countries. Unified Services for Selling Partners’ (USSP) vision is to ‘make seller services easy and trustworthy - from discovery to fulfillment in one-click’. We envision a future state where every Seller can easily discover, compare, and engage any high-quality, personalized, cost-competitive third-party service that they need to sell globally on Amazon. Our three-year outlook seeks to provide a single comprehensive location for Sellers to leverage services where they require them.

Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you’ll do the following:
- Lead and coordinate a key strategic global product that helps third-party sellers to meet their compliance, logistic and global selling needs.
- Develop the product strategy and vision, outline business requirements for a scalable solution, and oversee the implementation (Tech, UX, Science, Business), launch (go-to-market), and post-launch product performance
- Work closely with the ISS Tech, Legal, PR, UX Designers and Business/Marketing teams to develop the product.
- Foster alignment across central and regional teams and local business models to ensure a consistent experience to sellers globally.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives you own. Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns
- Drive adoption growth of rolled out solutions, assess open opportunities to further enhance Seller Experience and remove friction points.
- Measure Improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
