DESCRIPTION

The BR FBA Account Manager is responsible for driving increased adoption, commitment and strategic growth of the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program among Amazon's third-party (3P) seller community. This role requires deep expertise in FBA, strong business acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence and partner with 3P sellers to maximize their success at Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
- Leverage deep expertise in the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program and exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive strategic growth and enable the success of Amazon's top third-party (3P) FBA sellers;
- Serve as the FBA subject matter expert and strategic partner to 3P Account Managers, providing recommendations and guidance to maximize FBA adoption and performance;
- Analyze FBA seller data and identify opportunities to drive increased FBA enrollment, inventory, and sales across key product categories;
- Collaborate closely with 3P Account Managers to develop and execute targeted FBA growth plans, aligning on objectives, initiatives, and KPIs;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Amazon policy changes to proactively advise stakeholders on FBA growth strategies;
Promote FBA benefits to sellers, presenting data-driven business cases and overcoming objections;
- Maintain detailed records and reporting on FBA performance and strategic plans;
- Participate in meetings to help increase seller readiness and advocate for merchant needs;
- Visit sellers in-person to share best practices and deepen engagement;
- Organize events like FBA Day to improve seller performance and foster connections;
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to help FBA sellers optimize their operations.

A day in the life
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, effectively guiding and enabling 3P sellers and their Account Managers;
- Leverage your deep FBA expertise and collaborative approach to drive measurable growth across the 3P ecosystem;
- Analyze 3P seller FBA performance data to uncover gaps, pain points, and high-impact growth opportunities;
- Collaborate with local and global Program and Product teams to influence the FBA roadmap and prioritize seller-centric features;
- Set clear goals, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve your FBA growth objectives;
- Anticipate challenges, provide escalation support, and balance business needs with technical constraints.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
