Prime Video Sports is seeking a Lead A/V Producer to manage the video deliverables (Trailers/TV Spots/Multi Title Sizzles, etc.) that are part of the overall marketing campaign of our Sports vertical with a focus on the NBA.

This position reports to the Head of AV Production, Sports Marketing and will ensure that each element of a video project is completed on time and on budget in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

This Lead A/V Producer will be responsible for creating, maintaining and distributing all video marketing assets related to our Sports campaigns in support of Football, Basketball, Auto Racing, Combat Sports and beyond.

The Lead A/V Producer will serve as the “go-to” resource for all video specific projects and must possess domain experience in the A/V production space. In this role, you will work under extreme deadlines to create compelling sports assets. In this role you will need a deep understanding of several sports leagues, players and rivalries as well as multiple production, media management and post production pipelines. In this role you must understand live sports production and its speed. Most important being AV production pipelines from editorial post-production, audio mixing, finishing, motion graphic design and animation. Looking for candidates with substantial experience covering the NBA from a Creative Marketing lens.

Role will be based out of Amazon's Culver City office.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in film, media, production, marketing or equivalent work experience. • Minimum 5+ years' relevant experience at a creative agency, network or studio as a digital project manager or post producer, with a heavy focus on localized A/V assets. •

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous production and/or marketing experience with NASCAR and WNBA * Intermediate knowledge of both Iconik anad the Adobe Creative Suite (specializing in Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects), Avid and Project Management Software. • Prior experience with image production, transfer protocols, digital asset management and publishing content for web. • Experience with Live Production, ACES workflows, IMF, 4k HDR. Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
