AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Principal Partner Development Manager to be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to support our strategic partners in their AWS partnership journey.

Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop deep and trusted relationships with executive leadership of our most strategic partners in Saudi Arabia by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their challenges, goals, and long-term vision
- Develop and execute ambitious business plans with these strategic partners to accelerate AWS adoption by customers in the region.
- Help partners develop AWS cloud practice and bring to market compelling solution offerings that will help customers accelerate their cloud adoption.
- Be a trusted advisor and thought leader capable of sharing industry insights, best practices, and strategic guidance to empower partners.
- Collaborate with AWS sales, Marketing, Service teams and Operational teams to develop tailored transformation roadmaps to our partners and help execute those engagements.
- Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership, both internal and external and effectively communicate market realities, partner needs and strategic recommendations to progress the partnership.
- Drive AWS relationship and business practice across stakeholders ranging from CxOs to Business Head to CTO to Technical practitioners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
