Principal Product Manager, EU FBA Supply Chain
DESCRIPTION
The EU Marketplace team seeks a creative, dynamic and experienced Principal Product Manager to join the EU Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) team to drive improvements in the Supply Chain experience of our Third Party Sellers. As a Principal Product Manager, you will get to build and own a vision, from ideation to implementation of the product and program roadmap with our Tech, Operations and Business partners. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building and influencing skills and superb project management capabilities.

Key job responsibilities
• Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvements along the key metrics, including cost savings opportunities
• Deliver projects, features, processes and systems that improve end-to-end costs for both Amazon and Sellers, and provide the simplest experience on FBA
• Write business and technical requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and development teams
• Establish and monitor the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success
About the team
Third-Party Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s vision to offer the Earth’s largest selection at lowest prices and fastest delivery speed. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products providing a broad and diverse inventory of products. Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) enables Sellers to provide fast and efficient delivery to their Customers using Amazon fulfillment services. Sellers now make up the majority of the business on Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 5+ years of program and/or product management experience
· Data-driven thinking
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience owning program or product strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
· Experience interacting with and influencing cross-functional teams
· Familiar with finance and supply chain management
· Experience in a in a fast-paced environment, and ability to drive multiple projects in parallel
· Master’s degree in a numerate subject such as Economics, Engineering or Business Administration.
