We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition initiatives for AbeBooks' global marketplace. This role will focus on paid media strategies and affiliate marketing to achieve strong ROI targets and drive demand across multiple international domains.

Key job responsibilities
* Develop, execute and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple channels, including search, display, product listing/shopping ads (PLAs), and paid social.
* Manage and optimize AbeBooks affiliate marketing program to drive incremental growth.
* Build scalable international marketing programs leveraging various channels to meet sales goals and ROI targets.
* Conduct experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
* Work closely with the marketing team to share insights, strategies and execute joint initiatives.
* Collaborate with engineering, sales and product teams to implement and optimize marketing initiatives.
* Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in paid media and affiliate marketing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

The base salary for this position ranges from $67,000/year up to $111,800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
