【Global Selling Account managerについて】
Amazonマーケットプレイスの出品者のうち、海外(主にUSとUK)で出品している販売事業者様及び新規海外出品事業者へ向け販売拡大に向けたアカウントマネジメントを提供します。

【具体的な業務内容】
1.新規海外出品者向けに、Amazon Global Sellingアカウントの開設から販売までのサポート提供。
2.既存海外出品者へ向け、A+コンテンツ作成、ブランド登録、クーポン、セール、スポンサー広告など、Amazonマーケットプレイスの主要プログラムの活用方法を指導及びサポートを提供。

・新規出品者の参入数(ローンチ件数)
・出品者参入の割合(パーフェクトローンチ率)
・担当する出品者のGMS

As an Account Manager for Amazon Global Selling, you will have the opportunity to help businesses and entrepreneurs reach hundreds of millions of customers around the world, empowering even the smallest businesses to compete alongside the biggest brands in our store.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing both existing and new sellers on the Amazon Marketplace. Your key objectives will be to:
1. Onboard new global sellers by guiding them through the process of setting up their Amazon Global Selling accounts,
2. Engage with existing Brand Owners (BOs) from an expanded Lead Pool by providing guidance and support for leveraging key Amazon Marketplace Programs, including A+ content creation, Brand registry enrollment, Coupon, deal and Sponsored Ad adoption, and other strategies.
3. Achieve strong engagement metrics: Measure the number of new seller onboardings (launch count), Track the percentage of perfect seller onboardings (perfect launch rate), GMS for your selected pool of sellers.

The ideal candidate for this role will be highly motivated, agile, and possess strong time management and project management skills. You should have a technical and analytical mindset, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time are also essential.

- Identify, prospect and help high-potential to adopt programs that will help improve Seller performance in US marketplace.
- Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Be a business partner for merchants, providing them with data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs that will help to optimize their success on Amazon.
- Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently to required standards
- Track business development results, analyze, interpret reports and information for your portfolio
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets in a KPI-driven environment.
- Drive ad-hoc projects contributing to the department and Team`s success and growth
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to develop and manage relationships, drive results and maximize the business growth opportunity, all in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction target

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
