Our Finance Operations Global Consumer Retail AP Team is looking for a Program Manager III- a business leader in our Global Retail AP function, with an emphasis on an exceptional employee experience within a robust controls environment. The Program Manager will support the Retail AP LATAM process excellence, compliance, expansions, controls and systems. This position is the front line of our program driving global retail AP parity, efficiencies, and improvements. This role focuses on standardization, process improvement, systems improvements, automation, and controls including deep diving into processes and policies to drive improvements, utilizing process enhancements and technology that positively impact the overall customer experience. The role will focus on inter-dependencies of procure to pay processes; managing projects and collaborating with system and business owners globally to drive end-to-end improvements and visibility to compliance and policy programs. Having the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment is critical to this role.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, a quick learner, and will have the ability to efficiently manage various high-priority and visible projects. The successful candidate will be seen as the LATAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support processes and controls within our Expansions and Compliance Team. The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions that balance employee experience, controllership, and frugality.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and serve as the business owner for key LATAM Retail AP Systems and Process initiatives, including but not limited to Retail AP policy management, governance, reporting, documentation, and analytics reporting.
- Work with a global team to ensure global parity and system/ process optimization with a focus on LATAM region, ensure local specifics are incorporated
- Support ad-hoc business requests by providing expertise in the area and guidance/ recommendation with respect to Retail AP
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams (PMO, Tax, Legal, Tech, BP, Service Centers, etc. to ensure Retail AP systems and processes are designed, developed, executed and maintained in line with regulatory and business requirements.
- Define and measure processes and policy reviews to ensure optimum customer experience.
- Serve as a key business partner working directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams, presenting results of ad hoc business and statistical analysis and recommendations to senior management for optimal decision making.
- Review and measure systems performance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis with business team and senior management using financial and operational reporting.
- Analyze fluctuations between system and project assessments and reports on trends, material changes and recommends modifications or new controls.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
