Amazon Japan is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager to grow Entertainment Media on Amazon.co.jp. JP Entertainment Media consists of six business units - Videogame, Digital Videogame, Software, Digital Software, Music and DVD. As you are well aware, all these industries have been undergoing a profound digital transformation. With a vast number of customers embracing this digital shift, Amazon must provide the best shopping experience for them across Physical and Digital formats.

Key job responsibilities
Your primary responsibility in this role is to accelerate growth in these businesses by improving the customer experience. This position has the discretion to find opportunities using data-driven approaches, propose strategies and actions for growth, and execute them with stakeholders on behalf of our customers.

A day in the life
To achieve the improvements, you will start by analyzing various data and feedback from customers as well as vendors, setting action plans and right goals, deliver the plans by collaborating with diverse stakeholders from domestic to global. You will also oversee daily operations for digital businesses and drive operational efficiency by implementing long-term solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
