Localization Learning Content Manager, Translation Services Operations
DESCRIPTION
Job Description: As the Localization Learning Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing learning and development projects to support our global localization efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with language specialists, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to plan, develop, and evaluate learning and development initiatives that address specific quality and efficiency goals.
Key job responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of localization-related learning content
- Develop customer-focused project plans and workflows to ensure timely delivery of learning solutions
- Identify and proactively deploy learning and development initiatives to address quality and performance issues
- Analyze learning performance data to derive insights and drive continuous improvement
- Communicate program updates, process changes, and progress to cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Serve as the voice of the learner, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our learning and development efforts
About the team
As part of the Translation Services Operations team, the Learning Management group is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality learning and development content to upskill our internal stakeholders and external linguists. Our team of learning designers, multimedia developers, and subject matter experts collaborate to ensure our training initiatives support the company's localization objectives and drive continuous quality improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in program/project management and learning content creation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in localization, translation, or language services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in instructional design, user experience, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
