The Retail Operations & Initiatives (RO&I) team is looking for a Program Manager who are passionate professional for the Vendor Experience (VX).

The RO&I team acts as the mechanism factory to drive efficiency to the Retail Org, together with programs to enhance the Vendor Business. The VX Program Manager role act as the point of contact to implement and manage programs for Vendor Lifecycle improvement, execution with multiple stakeholders in Mexico and global team to drive positive impact on our Vendors.

This position reports to the Head of RO&I and will own the vendor development journey, will participate in the strategic definition of the Vendor maturity levels and stages in their Amazon Journey. This person will work closely with Vendor Management model owners, Category Leaders and functional teams. The main functions will be around measuring the vendor performance, monitoring their execution and coordinating the Vendor Strategic Journey and Operational journey. Will also bring the best practices from other locales to Mexico.


Key job responsibilities
• Define the Vendor Development Lifecycle stages and the criteria to “graduate” from one stage to the other
• Define a “prone to churn” metric to proactively identify unsatisfied vendors who can leave us
• Create a vendor retention program to minimize the churn rate of those at risk and early recovery of lost vendors
• Benchmark Vendor Management models metrics with other marketplaces
• Vendor communication programs on Lifecycle Stage

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies required
- Fluent in both, English and Spanish

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
