Based in Bratislava, our Retail Account Management (RAM) team mission is to lead our vendors (partners selling across all Amazon EU marketplaces) to mutual success (that benefits our customers) by guiding them, building trust and passionately challenging ourselves as well as the status quo.
We proactive reach out to our established vendor base via phone and email. We educate them on how to optimize their growth and profitability as well as solutions to be sustainable through our processes and self-service solutions using our relationship management techniques.
We also continuously simplify processes, improve the quality of vendor interactions and drive scalability and automation by partnering with Business, Tech and Product teams thanks to our unique position of process experts exposed to daily vendor facing activities.
Our team is evaluated on various metrics that measures impact related to the business growth of our vendors as well as their contributions towards projects and process/tool improvements.

Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2700 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Key job responsibilities
Lead a team of 7-10 Vendor Managers, focusing on team growth, coaching and development.
• Own and drive EU-wide program, manage performance metrics and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and EU stakeholders.
• Drive ad-hoc leadership projects contributing to the department and teams’ success and growth
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and proven ability to develop and manage relationships, drive results and maximize the business growth opportunity, all in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Further developing abilities like critical thinking, consensus-building and system navigation to strengthen the team's mission
• Engaging with stakeholders through transparent communication, training, mentoring and inclusive projects
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluent level of English
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in people management
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or 4+ years relevant experience
• Experience in managing projects or programs with regional complexity
• Highly competent in prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
• Proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines in a changing and fast-paced environment
• Easily approachable, cooperative and a team player, easily gains the trust and support of team members
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders and be impactful in difficult situations
• Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills

• Insights across various categories (Electronics, Clothing and Fashion, Home and Living, Books, Consumables)

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in e-commerce, retail or any business environment would be a plus
