新規出品者は、アクティブな出品者の多くを占め商品セレクションへの貢献も大きく、Amazon Marketplaceの根幹をなすものです。Amazonはお客様に対してより多くの商品セレクション、より良い価格設定、向上した購買体験を提供するために、新規出品者の獲得を非常に重要視しています。その為には、健全な新規出品者のパイプラインを構築することは最優先事項であり、Lead Management teamはそれに直接貢献することが期待されています。

Today, more than half of the products sold on Amazon are from marketplace Sellers. Amazon Marketplace has grown into a huge part of Amazon and is still growing at a very fast pace. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales operation leader to accelerate the new seller recruiting by lead management.
New Sellers are crucial to the lifeblood of Amazon's Marketplace business, comprising a significant portion of active Sellers and product selection. Amazon heavily relies on acquiring new Sellers to provide customers with greater choice, better pricing, and improved experience. Building a healthy pipeline of new Sellers is a top priority, as it determines the future potential of the Marketplace.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can thrive in a high-performance culture, making data-driven decisions with the partial support of their manager. They must effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders within Amazon internal and external, both domestic and international, ultimately delivering results through constant innovation and flawless execution.

Key job responsibilities
-Lead generationのoperationを自律的に実施し、セールスチームに良質なleadを提供する
-良質なleadの提供を継続・成長させるscalableな仕組みを構築する
-現行のleadに関わる様々なプロセスを批判的に検証し改善を促進する
-新規出品者の獲得に向けて、ターゲットとなるセグメントの分析や有望なリードソースを特定し、leadの創出とプライオリティ付けのメカニズムを構築/改善する。
-新規出品者の獲得をさらに推進するために、革新的なアイデアを提案し、主導していく。
-Independently execute lead generation operations and provide high-quality leads to the sales team.
-Build a scalable system to sustain and grow the provision of high-quality leads.
-Build/evolve lead generation and prioritization mechanism for new Seller recruiting by analyzing target segments and identify high-potential lead sources.
-Identify growth opportunities by critically challenging existing sales operation mechanism, and create plans to achieve these targets by influencing key stakeholders.
-Bring and lead innovative ideas to further drive new Seller recruiting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Native level Japanese
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Business lever English
