UX Research Program Manager - Seller Growth Satisfaction, Selling Partner Growth UX (SPS)
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced research and operations professional to join our Selling Partner Growth (SPG) team. As a UX Research Program Manager in SPG, you will lead research planning, execution, communication, reporting, and operations fueling global Seller Growth Satisfaction. You will build and sustain operational programs and mechanisms needed to run efficient research at scale, and continuously seek ways to optimize Seller Growth Satisfaction excellence and impact. You will leverage quantitative research mechanisms, collaboration, and partnerships to gather and communicate quantitative research insights related to Seller Growth Satisfaction.
You will interact daily with the UX team, product managers, growth consultants, data science, business stakeholders, and cross-organizational partners to understand project needs, both defined and undefined, and enable successful studies, insights, and collaboration. You will manage our seller and customer research panels and develop strategies to grow engagement and build a thriving community. You will invent big ideas while attending to details, tirelessly advocate for experience and operational excellence, and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders, leading by example to raise the bar and inspire those around you.

Key job responsibilities
Oversee research planning, execution, operations, reporting, and communication for the Seller Growth Satisfaction program;
Develop research operations processes and the required tools and mechanisms need to support an efficient research organization;
Develop and implement qualitative and quantitative research operations plans to support efficient research execution and communication;
Develop, grow, and sustain a healthy seller and customer research panels to enable quick turn, quality research at scale;
Leverage quantitative survey mechanisms to gather and report on insights;
Conduct data analysis in order to uncover insightful and actionable results that drive tactical and strategic product decisions;
Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of leadership.
Work closely with UX researchers and designers to define and implement project plans;
Stay up to date on UX research and ResOps trends and best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of research operations and quantitative research experience;
- Bachelor's degree in a research, design, business, or data related field;
- Research operations experience across a range of qual and quant research methods, including surveys, focus groups, field studies usability tests, and 1:1 interviews;
- Experience building and managing surveys in Qualtrics and using R, SQL, STATA, or equivalent;
- Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to independently drive multiple concurrent projects, requiring attention to detail, in an agile environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify potential project risks and solutions;
- Excellent written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Direct experience managing or recruiting from user research panels;
- Experience working in a high-volume research operations department and automating repetitive tasks;
- Experience with vendor management, research agency, and user management tools a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $139,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $230,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
