DESCRIPTION
This is an opportunity to join the Customer Trust Training & Content Management Risk Training Delivery Team as a Tier 1 & Tier 2 KYC trainer. The trainer will be responsible for delivery and facilitation of approved training curricular for KYC Tier 1 and Tier 2 investigators for APE / APUK or other entities.
The role can be located in Cork or Barcelona.
• The role is open to L3 and L4 applicants
• Applicants should have both T1/T2 KYC investigation skills
• Preferably, the candidate has experience working as an Auxiliary Trainer (AT) and has proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German (DE), Italian (IT), Spanish (ES), or French (FR).
Key job responsibilities:-
• Delivers blended learning (Remote and classroom instructor led training and eLearning) classes and programmes for all training types as necessary for Tier 1and Tier 2 KYC investigators
• Understands the needs of the different participants and frames the training accordingly
• Manages the logistics of learning and creates an effective learning environment
• Tracks and analyzes the effectiveness and progress of trainings delivered
• Supports quality and process initiatives/projects when not in training
• Communicates with appropriate business owners, Trainers, Training Managers, and Stakeholders
• Demonstrates expertise in facilitating, planning, implementing and assessing learning by passing the in-house accreditation programme in training as well as regular teach-back/observation sessions
• Manages all trainer administration responsibilities to ensure accurate training delivery reporting
• Works with the Ops/Workforce teams effectively to manage training schedules and communication
• Provides timely training reports to support Operations/stakeholder management
• Collaborates with the Learning Experience Design team in the review or development of training materials and resources
• Should be flexible to cross-training in to other functions as required
• Should be flexible in working hours that meet business requirements
• Should be able to coach and mentor investigators effectively during training and ramp

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 1 year experience in KYC Investigations with a good track record of quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom/remote settings for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to work with and influence multiple Training Team members/ Stakeholders across different RCO sites globally
• Excellent coordination and organization skills
• Knowledge of adult learning and training practices
• Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Working independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to analyze, identify issues and recommend solutions
• Should be able to deliver Training for their primary process
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated experience developing training materials and job aids
• At least 3 years’ experience in a training role
