Catalog Associate - English, PV Ads
DESCRIPTION
PV Ads Cue-Point Creation Operations provides Amazon VOD businesses with operational capacity to handle manual, repetitive operational tasks related to Cue-Point insertion, Cue-Point accuracy validation and ML development, while minimizing manual work through ops excellence. The team operates from MAA and SJO are proficient in managing product operations, content moderation, content quality auditing, device testing, and user acceptance/automation testing.
Key job responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is - under general supervision - to perform variety of tasks related to Cue-Point insertion as well as quality controls during Pre/Post Launch phases. In this role you will:
o Follow Standard Operational Procedures to place ad markers in video content, and to perform quality checks on assets such as artwork, audio, captions and video quality and other metadata in +10 different workflows/processes.
o Execute and document test cases across different platforms (Web, Apple TV and Fire TV) to replicate end user experience.
o On-time escalate anomalies that may prevent a title from going live.
o Identify and flag any area of improvement in SOPs, processes or tools.
o Use of software and/or tools for fix up and capture data on a daily basis.
o Ensure proper inputs of data to help drive operational excellence.
o Resolve issues with minimal or reduced guidance.
o Participate in small-scale projects to help reach program goals.
o Apply strong analytical and logical skills.
o Pay attention to detail while processing high volume of data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 2+ years of previous experience in an English contact center environment.
- Fluency in English written and spoken (B2 or C1).
- Ability to take initiatives to the next level through innovation, automation and operational excellence. Proven experience in process improvement initiatives (ACES).
- Demonstrates natural leadership/ownership to influence positively the team.
- Autonomy, ability to apply critical thinking, provide analysis on different tasks to drive data-informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and take judgment calls to deliver high quality results against accelerated timelines.
- In "Good Standing", and should not be on Performance Improvement Plan.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ year of experience in video editing, quality assurance, publishing-related or media content environment.
- Six-Sigma, Lean or ACES certifications.
- Experience testing/using different platforms such as Web, Apple TV, Fire TV.
- Experience managing small-scale projects and communicating relevant results to stakeholders.
- Experience in training, mentoring or coaching.
