DESCRIPTION

CTS team is looking for a Program Manager II to join the SSD team.

This position will partner with stakeholders to manage the expansion and execution strategy of Sub-Same Day (SSD) in Canada. They will work with Fulfillment Center Operations, AMZL, Linehaul, Retail, ACES and Finance teams to forecast SSD volumes while considering key input drivers. Additionally, they will analyze root causes for operational challenges, drive process improvements, build KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics, un-earth opportunities and present findings and recommendations to business partners for overall SSD program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary for this position ranges from $69,700/year up to $116,400/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
