Senior Program Manager, Amazon Strategic Account Services

The Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) program seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to enhance value, selection, and convenience across their business. With the increasing complexity of today's e-commerce and the rise of opportunities, the SAS team aims to leverage the full potential of each Selling Partner on Amazon by providing leading-edge strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to support our Selling Partners in achieving their goals. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes, and people to grow the program and enable scalable global solutions through direct cooperation with worldwide teams.
The SAS program is seeking a Senior Program Manager to define and execute the program roadmap to grow the program in Australia. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing service offerings, streamlining / establishing new mechanisms, leveraging automation and offshore services to increase operational efficiency, and shaping the program's mid to long-term strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally in Australia and globally, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the Selling Partner experience and expedite the program's growth.
Key job responsibilities
- Program Management: You will contribute to the overall strategy of the program and implement key initiatives to achieve core KPIs, prioritizing resources and making trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs.
- Roadmap Ownership: You will own the program's product, service offerings, and fee roadmap, articulating our vision, reflecting on customer pain points, creating a work-backwards plan, and delivering launches.
- Process Improvement: You will drive operational efficiency by improving and streamlining existing processes, and establishing new SOPs. You will programmatically drive productivity efforts, including offshore services and automation, in order to enable the business to effectively scale.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: You will partner with local and worldwide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, advocate for the SAS team, and raise the bar on selling partner experience.
- Learning & Development: You will play a vital role in standardizing the team members' onboarding and continuous learning & development experience, implementing the right training solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
