Are you an Owner and a Builder who can help grow the Amazon business in Australia? Are you passionate about working with product and technology/engineering teams to enhance the on-site customer fulfillment experience, and building tools that drive success for both internal teams and external partners?
Amazon Australia is looking for a driven Product/Program Manager to own feature enhancements that define the customer fulfillment experience. If you'd like to help us build the place to find and buy anything online and get it delivered quickly, this is your chance to make history.
To excel in this role, you will:
- Be passionate about the customer experience and delivering innovative enhancements on behalf of customers
- Be willing to "roll up your sleeves" and operate with limited guidance
- Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence remote teams, both tech and non-tech
- Bring analytical horsepower, enhanced excel skills (and ideally SQL), and a deep curiosity about how things work
- Possess advanced project management skills, ideally experienced working in agile environments
- Be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment
- Bring operational rigor, holding your program stakeholders accountable to the highest of standards

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
