As a Partner Marketing Manager for SMB in the Americas at AWS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and execution of AWS's SMB strategy with partners across the Americas. You will be responsible for fostering strong co-marketing relationships, creating innovative marketing strategies, and delivering measurable results. Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. SMB Partner Collaboration: Build and cultivate strategic relationships with a set of AWS SMB partners, understanding their business goals and co-developing marketing strategies that align with mutual objectives.
2. Co-Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing strategies that encompass joint campaigns, events, webinars, content creation, and other initiatives to promote AWS and our partners.
3. Innovative Marketing: Stay at the forefront of market trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovative partner marketing approaches that set AWS apart in the industry.
4. Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of co-marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content, assets, and events that resonate with target audiences and drive lead generation.
5. Performance Measurement: Define clear KPIs and success metrics for partner marketing initiatives. Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with AWS cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product management, and partner management, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
7. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and demonstrating a strong ROI for partner marketing efforts.

A day in the life
A large part of this role's activities will be working across internal teams to coordinate GTM activities for the SMB customer segment. This will involve regular touchpoints to engage on joint activity and ensure marketing and partner marketing alignment in SMB.

In addition, this role will work closely with the global partner marketing team to design and execute campaigns to drive demand generation for AWS SMB partners.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
