Program Manager, Amazon Grocery Logistics
DESCRIPTION
Amazon is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic and tactical, cross-functional operations and technology projects.
This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

About the team
The grocery distribution center operations integration team (GDC OI) is a small group responsible for all projects impacting our network of three distribution centers. We connect upstream processes and systems with the GDC operations teams, ensuring that GDCs are setup for success. At the same time, we look downstream at the spokes with a similar viewpoint, and ensure that our actions are in their best interests. Key aspects of our team's role in the supply chain include KPI development, reporting optimization, process design, and executional leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
