The AWS World Wide Public Sector (WWPS) team is looking for an exceptional Sr. Program Integration Manager (PIM) to scale our AWS Marketplace for the US Intelligence Community (ICMP) Program and build the partner program office.
The ICMP team is responsible for business development and program management functions of the ICMP program. The ICMP team works with multiple customers and Independent Software Vendors to transform government procurement and bring agility to our government customers and industry software vendors. This role is for you if you are excited about partnering with the US Intelligence Community (IC) and our AWS Partners across commercial industry and the national security community to scale a high-visibility program that will deliver strategic growth for AWS. We are seeking a builder who is comfortable working with engineering and development teams to meet business requirements and has a proven record of delivering results in Program Management, Contracts management, and Business Development functions.
The role requires familiarity with project management practices and frameworks, and a track record of implementing those. The role requires experience navigating an ambiguous environment to drive clarity of ownership and action. The role requires relentlessly high standards and an expert attention to details. You will draw upon your background in project management and business development to raise the bar on our ICMP programmatic execution. You will draw upon project management, critical thinking, and analytic problem-solving skills coupled with good communication and organizational skills.
This position is based in Herndon, Virginia or Arlington Virginia. You will join a cadre of technical business leaders that drive adoption of AWS Marketplace and build the partner program office for ICMP to meets our existing US Government contract requirements, milestones, and deliverables. You will work closely and partner with our Federal Delivery Organization (FDO) responsible for AWS contract compliance. As a Sr. Program Integration Manager, you will spend the majority of your time partnering with our AWS Partners listed in ICMP and interfacing with the FDO and internal teams to facilitate cross program activities, ICMP Vendor onboarding, program clearance management, and working with FDO to onboard industry partners to ICMP. This requires running a robust Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) program, and supporting FDO’s engagement with the US government regularly to ensure tracking and compliance of FOCI activities.
The Sr. PIM will be responsible for building the program while managing and simplifying the programs administrative actions associated with vendor contracts, security clearance management, and GTM enablement. This includes reviewing clearance allocation requests with disparate AWS teams/organizations and close collaboration with AWS Security personnel to execute personnel security audits against clearance utilization.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US citizen and must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements.
Key job responsibilities
• Work with customers and AWS field to Develop and implement ICMP Partner Programs office for ICMP.
• Lead key relationships with key commercial and WWPS partners who oversee the listing in AWS Marketplace.
• Drive the delivery of processes and requirements for ICMP and serve as the primary program management liaison to FDO.
• Develop programs and education to manage and scale the onboarding of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) into WWPS Marketplaces regions.
• Work with the WWPS Partners and AWS Partner Organization leadership to prioritize ISV onboarding into the ADCs.
• Build and manage project schedules/plans to support project delivery and compliance.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs.
• Serve as a key member of the AWS ICMP team in helping to drive and manage selection for partners to onboard into ICMP.
• Understand the technical requirements of government customers and partners and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.
• Manage complex contract negotiations as needed and serve as a partner liaison to the legal group.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
