Senior Enterprise Service Manager, AWS Professional Services - Saudi Arabia

Amazon Web Services Professional Services team engage in a wide variety of projects for customers, providing collective experience from across the AWS customer base and are obsessed about strong success for the customer. Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.
We are looking for a senior Enterprise Service Manager (ESM) who can build strong relationships and execute a long-term strategy with our key customers. The ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight and program management in those accounts.
Key job responsibilities
As an Enterprise Service Manager you will be responsible for:
• Sell professional services through engaging with enterprise customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolio
• Develop bold cloud strategies, including long term roadmap strategies, with senior executives and present respective proposals for delivering these strategies
• Influence and lead the customer experience and engagement from sales through to delivery to produce high-quality, business driven outcomes for the customer, often acting as single person of contact for customer executives, developing deep, trustful relations
• Identify & develop specific professional services opportunities and supporting business cases
• Shape deals including estimations and deal pricing
• Participate in, and own contract negotiations & closing, including participating in RFPs
• Educate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value proposition
• Help shape customers’ cloud strategy, cloud transformational roadmaps and changes in working practices (e.g. moving to a faster more agile release cycle)
• Build strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand goals and required outcomes
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to client CxO leaders
• Inspire and drive innovation with our customers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience
- 10+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience
- External or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience as well as technical specialist, design and architecture experience and significant exposure to IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP)
- Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Saudi national preferred
