Team Lead - Fashion Acceleration, 3P Softlines
DESCRIPTION
Amazon's Seller Marketplace is a large and rapidly growing business where millions of customers transact with over 2 million sellers, who range from individuals to large retailers. In this context Amazon is looking for a talented, Team Manager, based in Bratislava to support the international seller business on the European Amazon websites.
To do this you will:
- Set clear goals for the team and help them to deliver results in the most effective way
- Provide on-going support and feedback to the team via regular 1:1s and team meetings
- Communicate with different international stakeholders from across Amazon.
- Communicate with Sellers and guide them to improve their offers.
- Educate Sellers about the tools and features available
- Build knowledge repositories, update and improve processes
- Relentlessly look to research, identify, evaluate, rationalize and propose business opportunities for Sellers.
Minimum gross monthly salary for this positions starts from 2800 Eur. The final total compensation offered is likely to be higher and will consist of further pay components such as sign on bonus and restricted stock units.
Key job responsibilities
As TL for Fashion Acceleration (FA) team, you would be expected to:
1) Hire & develop a team of FA AMs
2) Drive FA planning mechanisms, Monthly and Weekly business reviews to surface project and resource prioritization debates
3) Deliver results on FA specific objectives on Selection acceleration, Item Data Quality (IDQ) defect reduction, etc.

3P Softlines team is responsible for Amazon's fashion business in Europe and our mission is to be the most trusted platform for our Sellers while delivering an exceptional customer experience!
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Bachelors degree, ideally in Business-related field
- Successful experience in people management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to face internal partners in a professional manner in English and ideally at least one other language (German, French, Italian, Spanish)
- Attention to detail, good prioritization skills in order to work on different projects in parallel
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
- Interest in e-Commerce/Online Business
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience.
- Tech savvy, with ability to work with IT systems, understand and work with XML feeds, SQL.
- Experience in a similar customer service or technical support.
