At Amazon we are expanding our last-mile network by launching Delivery Stations (DS) nationwide to deliver packages to customer. We are looking for a Program Manager in Network Strategy function who works closely with regional operations stakeholders, account managers, internal teams, and customers to manage life cycle for DSs located in Japan.
Network Strategy function is accountable for developing long-term strategies for Amazon Logistics' network in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role will also lead the development of Lifecycle Planning Program for DS.
Network Strategy is new to the Japan Last Mile team, so this role will have a tremendous amount of influence in shaping the team’s overall strategy. There are a lot of opportunities to collaborate with Europe and North America team.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not to limited to):
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal partners
• Developing new plans and roadmap to drive network expansion
• Cross functional coordination and alignment
• Collaborate with Europe and North America teams to share best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in program or project management
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Business English language skills (reading, writing, speaking) at the TOEIC 850+ equivalent or above
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Business Japanese language skills (reading, writing, speaking) at the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level N2 equivalent or above
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations or related field
