DESCRIPTION

Ops Trust manages privacy and AI compliance for Amazon Operations. Our focus is to leverage technology to accelerate compliance and accuracy and simplify the builder experience, ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, and that decisions re privacy and AI compliance are informed. This IC owns all org rhythm of the business documents, coordinating efforts across our internal org and Ops teams as well as with other federated privacy and AI orgs. They will also conduct deep dive inspections of org capabilities to ensure we are aligned to the highest standards.

Key job responsibilities
- Own all org rhythm of the business documents.
- Coordinate with internal org and Ops business as well as other federated privacy and AI teams
- Inspect Ops Trust capabilities for improvement opportunities
- Identify, gather, track, and report privacy and AI metrics
- Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and at an exceptionally rapid pace

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years in Privacy, AI Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, Security
- Must be an exceptional writer and able to paint a picture of our efforts, risks, and opportunities
- 3+ years leading projects with tight deadlines that involve the use of automated and manual systems and supporting internal customers across the globe

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Professional certifications in the privacy (IAPP)
- Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will own rhythm of the business documents. You will interact with various levels of employees to collect and communicate information
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Ability to create and maintain strong network with corporate peers
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $273,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
