Sr Program Manager, Prime Member Growth , Prime
DESCRIPTION
This role will be responsible for driving the overall strategy for Prime member growth in India. As a program manager, you will be expected to have excellent stakeholder management, logical reasoning, and run tight processes across multiple aspects of the Prime program. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the forward looking vision for Prime member growth in India.
Key job responsibilities
1. Defines and owns end to end program management of Prime member growth. This includes performance/reporting/updates to executive leadership by running tight mechanisms
2. Partners with Finance teams to define/develop analytical frameworks to project Prime member growth in India and act as the business POC in the prime planning cycles.
3. Deep-dives on member growth trends to identify hot-spots and come up with insights to guide the product and marketing roadmap
4. Acts the India POC for WW Prime orgs on business strategy and leadership updates
5. Owns and drives the program management for key shopping events for Prime (member growth perspective).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
