Key job responsibilities
Amazon Turkey is looking for a dynamic and creative junior manager who will support our sellers and 3rd party integrators in integrating and working with our Selling Partner APIs.
· Supporting Amazon MWS (Marketplace Web Services) and SP API (Selling Partner API) clients’ technical and operational needs. Working in tandem alongside a team of Account Managers, you are responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by utilizing SLAs and root cause/prevention management.
· Serving as a point of contact for escalated contact resolution of business impacting or sensitive nature issues. You are expected to deliver timely, accurate and professional technical support and information to all key stakeholders, including both business and technical audiences.
· Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to sellers, 3rd party developers and integrators.
· Working with other support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
· Being a voice and advocate for our sellers and 3rd party developers. Being the point of contact for 3rd party integrators and managing our relationship with those.
· Driving projects that improve support-related processes.
· Working with customers to understand how they use Amazon MWS and SP API, and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.
· Assisting with seller communication during Amazon MWS and SP API critical launches and support events.
· Making sure internal knowledge reference pages are updated.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of work experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience in a support, operations, account management, or other related role · Exceptional analytical skills to break down complex problems, and a strong will to deliver results · Impeccable attention to detail · Must have a proven track record in taking ownership, driving results and moving with speed and decisiveness to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment. · Hands-on, results-oriented mentality, combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines · Enjoys working in international cross-functional teams · Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment; strong ability to influence. · Superior verbal and written communications skills in Turkish and English are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external partners · Familiarity with core programming languages (e.g: HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, .NET, Java Script, Python) and server side applications · Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues. · Ability to summarize technical customer issues into notes that are readable by other teams (you can paraphrase a complex issue while writing for comprehension).
