Senior Product Manager, MENA CX and Catalog
DESCRIPTION
Amazon MENA Product team is seeking a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented and driven Product Manager who will own CX for one or more shopping events.
We expect the Senior Product Manager to be a tenured a product manager with experience delivering customer facing experiences. An ideal candidate will be fluent with product design & technology, can solve complex customer problems and influence stakeholders. The candidate must be an effective leader and communicator to be able to work with many internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with good customer and business understanding and demonstrate a high level of ownership, bias for action and customer obsession.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
