IN Seller Flex Team is seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead with curiosity to learn and contribute to Amazon's fastest growing Fulfillment Channel.

Seller Flex team strives to unblock vast unique selection to our customers by providing best in class seller experience to premium brands and distributors. The role holder will get an opportunity to innovate for our customers/sellers, work across internal and external stakeholders and understand end to end value chain of fulfillment channels.

For this role, we seek a candidate with excellent communication skills, passion to innovate, ability to manage internal/external stakeholder relationships and perform deep dives to identify and resolve customer pain points.

Key job responsibilities
1. Influence and work across partner teams comprising both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Drive key program metrices like Retention Rate, Selection, Seller performance and Operational excellence.
3. Analyze data and bring out actionable insights to improve CX/SX and deliver results on the program metrics.
4. Utilize multiple tools and dashboards to run SOP driven processes for managing smoother and faster program initiatives.
5. Candidate will need to be proactive and execution focused, escalating to stakeholders and seeking help from leadership whenever required.
6. Candidate should be adept at dealing with ambiguous and challenging situations and should be eager to learn new use cases arising in the program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or Equivalent
- MS Office
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- SQL/Data Analytics
- 1+ years Experience in Project/Program Management
