DESCRIPTION

Each year, hundreds of thousands of businesses start their journey Selling on Amazon. Our business is responsible for recruiting, developing, and ensuring Sellers achieve success selling on Amazon as quickly as possible. Our vision is to help entrepreneurs, emerging Brands, and Sellers connect to customers on Amazon. Today, the 3P Seller business represents approximately 60% of the total Amazon.com sales and continues to accelerate, presenting you with the opportunity to join us and help our customers discover amazing products offered by Sellers.

In 2024, the US Self-Service Recruitment Sales Team (US SSR) will recruit and develop 63.8K Selling Partners (SPs), driving $2.24B in GMS through both direct engagement and scalable outreach of sellers. The selected Sales Manager will support this mission by leading a high-performing team of Account Representatives in launching newly registered selling accounts. The Sales Manager will provide coaching and guidance to the team so they can provide the highest level of service quality as they: (1) connect with and identify high-potential SPs who have not yet launched via outbound outreach, (2) provide education and overview of key selling programs, and (3) address obstacles in the onboarding process to allow our SPs to scale as quickly as possible. Account Representatives will engage with SPs via phone and email to prepare SPs to Sell on Amazon (SOA), while receiving coaching and guidance from the Sales Manager on their communications and relationship building with new sellers. Since Account Representatives will often become the sellers’ first introduction to SOA, the Sales Manager will be in a strategic position to push for improvements to earn the SP’s trust.

The ideal candidate is an effective listener, communicator, problem-solver and people leader. They will consistently balance the needs and requirements of both Amazon and our strategic Sellers.
