DESCRIPTION

Amazon’s Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Amazon Kuiper’s’ commercial services team is looking for an experienced, self-starter Business Development professional to drive adoption of Kuiper broadband services and solutions with enterprise customers and partners. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the definition and execution of the Amazon Kuiper Business Development pipeline in LatAm.

Preferred hiring locations: São Paulo, Brazil; Mexico City, Mexico; Miami, Florida



Key job responsibilities
• Contribute to the build out of Amazon Kuiper service revenue with specific focus on enterprise customers in LatAm.
• Define and drive go-to market (GTM) strategy for KCS enterprise.
• Be customer obsessed. Think on behalf of the customer and work to meet the customer’s stated and unstated needs and aspirations
• Execute strategic and tactical business development initiatives while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g., Amazon Kuiper product, marketing, engineering and legal teams) and BD team colleagues.
• Be the internal coordinator supporting complex contract negotiations and complex business requirements and activities which deliver results.
• Adept at thinking strategically and analytically about business priorities, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to deliver target-based results working cross-organizationally.
• Excellent written and verbal communications including a passion for writing detailed strategic documents.
• Consistently exceeds key performance metrics and delivers results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
- Fluent English, Portuguese, Spanish
