AWS Network Services needs an experienced innovator in our AWS Networking organization to help us define product strategy and accelerate adoption of our services in the cloud. We are looking for a leader with strong technical and communication skills to drive product management across our offerings. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role that will interact with all levels of AWS leadership. The role requires a customer-centric approach where you'll need to respond with a sense of urgency using your technical and business judgement and effectively communicate with leaders and peers. As a Senior Product Manager - Technical for External Services (PMT-ES) you will be responsible for:  Managing the lifecycle of a technology service product (SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS) used by external engineers and/or IT professionals.  Planning, executing and delivering an externally-facing service, which have a significant impact on the performance of your customers’ technologies.  Working closely with and across Agile teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
