DESCRIPTION

Amazon Business Japan (ABJP) helps enterprise customers transform their in-direct purchasing leveraging Amazon's broader capabilities in a corporate level.
Sr. Strategic Account Manager has dedicated responsibility for super-large enterprises that have not yet adopted Amazon Business company-widely. It's required to develop strong relationship with procurement stakeholders, identify their key challenges for procurement transformation and propose solutions well alinged to their initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory strategy and plan focused on new customer acquisition
- Penetrate in customers' key stakeholders with holistic view to their companies overall
- Dive into the current state of their procurement business deeply and create solutions and/or work-arounds that help optimize their in-direct purchase
- Manage anything related to procurement transformation with Amazon Business as an account leader and take the lead in organizing any relevant team members internally
- Have a broader view to customers' business and make a difference by leveraging what Amazon can bring to them across the business unit

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale
- University degree
- English (proficient in business level recommended)
- Complex deal management (especially that for large enterprise customers recommended)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience personally closing large complex deals end-to-end
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
