New regulations and the changing compliance landscape in Europe have required Amazon to take the forefront on Selling Partners' compliance through education, offering the right product/ solution and, ultimately, acting in the case of non-compliance. This position will be managing the program to help selling partners to comply with new regulations and to de-risk >$10B business for Amazon in 2025 and driving changes in the selling partner experience to simplify compliance. A person in this role would manage a compliance program but also would work with multiple teams to launch a program enrollment experience and eventually introduce a program as a new service to selling partners. The role has high visibility across senior leadership given the strategic importance of initiatives and impact. The candidate should have strong communication skills to work closely with stakeholders across multiple stores and functions. Product management experience is required as the role includes close work with tech teams to streamline selling partner experience in the space. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced landscape. In this role you will:
• Establish and supervise the operational processes across Amazon Fulfillment Network, External Content Providers, Internal operational teams to enable the program scaling
• Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives you own. Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns
• Drive processes optimization to decrease costs and increase capacities
• Measure improvements and impact of changes and set-up mechanisms to audit impact and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives
• Use data and anecdotes to understand customer experience and work to improve it through the program
• Own goals on program adoption
• Drive changes in the selling partner experience to enable enrollment into the program. This would require engagement with multiple product owners and influencing their products' roadmaps
• Manage engagement with multiple stakeholders in US, China and EU including Tax, Legal, Operations, Tech, Seller Services and FBA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant years of program or project management experience
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable in a data driven environment. Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
- Strong relationships building skills; experience managing stakeholders and partners to drive cross functional programs
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA
- Knowledge of SQL
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
- History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership
