Independently utilize lean user research methods to make quick design decisions when needed. • Collaborate with fellow designers, give and receive feedback gracefully, and can act as a mentor to junior designers.
• Own UX from beginning to end and ensure product/feature is built to spec and achieves project goals.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively with local and remote cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Drive the evolution of creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases.
• Elevate the visual design of the customer experience to drive higher engagement.
• Effectively advocate and design for the customer through objective data such as market analysis, customer insights, technical constraints/opportunities, and business insights.
• Present design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executive leaders.
• Contribute to and help manage a design system in Figma (components, usage guidelines, documentation) so that other team members can get what they need intuitively and efficiently.
• Contribute to the group’s best practices for UX design while continually advocating design thinking, process, and craft throughout our organization.
