Technical Program Manager, Amazon Privacy Developer Experience
DESCRIPTION
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will lead the launch of features and products for Amazon Privacy focusing on enabling teams to fulfill their Data Deletion obligation as defined by Privacy regulations. Our external customers are any individual who interacts with Amazon Product and Services. Our internal customers are Amazon products who must apply different deletion techniques to comply with external Customers deletion intentions.
You will own the interaction with our stakeholders, you will be accountable to define the functional requirements, and will be actively involved in product technical designs. You will socialize the product across Amazon, drive adoption, and own the business reporting up to Amazon S-team.
You will partner with engineering teams to develop at scale solutions which will support high throughput , require continuous scaling, must enable Data Deletion while Amazon products continue developing independently, and evolve the product to comply with continuously avoiding Data Deletion obligations. You will deal with a high degree of ambiguity, and propose innovative solutions at scale for problems which haven't been solved before.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in system design
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
