The Shopping Design team designs the global Amazon shopping experience for customers. We own and design the features that make it easy for customers to discover, evaluate, and transact on Amazon. We own the design system (Rio) that ensures a cohesive experience. We enable thousands of tech resources outside of our organization with design patterns, systems, tools, customer insights, and best practices to design a cohesive and delightful shopping CX. We drive awareness, adoption, and mastery of working backwards. Our mission is to design shopping experiences that customers use daily and love.
